Okezie Chukwunyere Odimuko holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting (2003) from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
He commenced his professional career with Deloitte Nigeria in 2004 as an Audit Trainee. At Deloitte, he was involved in the external and internal audit of some major banks and non-bank financial institutions in Nigeria. He left Deloitte in May 2007 and joined the Oil & Gas Assurance Service Business Unit of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) Nigeria as an Audit Senior. He became a Manager at PwC in January 2012. He joined the services of Erin Petroleum Nigeria Limited (Erin), a subsidiary of Erin Energy Inc. (a US based E &P Company) as Country Finance Manager in April 2014.

Okezie joined the Finance Unit of Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited in August 2017 as the Financial Controller. He was seconded to Umugini Pipeline Infrastructure Limited as Head of Finance & Commercial in June 2018. Throughout his career, he has attended several courses both locally and abroad in Finance and Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and belongs to several social organisations.
Okezie is married with 3 Children. His hobbies include reading newspapers, watching movies and discussing contemporary issues.
