Umugini Pipeline Infrastructure Limited; Hydrocarbon Transport and Logistics
UPIL is a pipeline infrastructure company that handles and transports stabilized crude oil on behalf of other Oil and Gas Producing Companies to crude oil terminal facilities downstream.
The Umugini Pipeline, a 12″ x 51.4km pipeline from Umusadege to Eriemu in Delta State, Nigeria, was built by UPIL in 2014. It is used to transport stabilized crude from end-user producers at the Midwestern Oil and Gas Group Gathering Facilities (MWOG GGF) in the Umusadege
area of Kwale to a Third-party (NPDC) manifold facilities at Eriemu, in AgbaraOtor, both in Delta State, Nigeria.

UPIL Terminal Service Operations
We are known as the pioneer in the use of Coriolis meter for crude metering and our Eriemu facility is about the first to be approved by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) for using such trusted emerging technology in crude focalization business.
UPIL have developed the competence locally to pioneer the successful deployment of Coriolis meters and other associated technology and continue to be a point of reference in the industry. We have challenged and will continue to challenge industry status quo to more globally acceptable benchmark which is being celebrated in the industry today.
By consistently pushing the envelope and breaking new ground, we have emerged industry favorites working both with regulators and other partners in the business.

Umugini Pipeline Infrastructure Limited (UPIL), a pipeline company which constructed a 51.4km pipeline from Umusadege to Eriemu for injecting crude into the Trans-Forcados Pipeline has since commencing operations embarked on various schemes that deliver enduring progress to the indigenes of its host communities. Mart’s core strategic asset is the Umusadege field developed in partnership with Midwestern Oil and Gas (Operator) and Sun Trust Oil under a Risk Service Agreement.
